SOUTHERN MARYLAND BOAT WORKS
A combination of two companies, we have the unique ability to repair your boat from the inside out. Back Creek Boat Yard completes structural and cosmetic repairs, while Drum Point Marine maintains and repairs all of the electrical and mechanical systems inside the vessel.
DRUM POINT MARINE

We are a fully mobile marine mechanic service. We specialize in the repair of all on board mechanical and electrical systems, including but not limited to engines, both gas and diesel, outdrives, generators, air conditioners, ac electrical systems, and dc electrical systems. Our dealerships include John Deere, Cummins, Onan, Kohler, MarineAir, Cruisair and ZF. Our technicians regularly attend manufacturing training and certification programs to keep up with changing technology.

BACK CREEK BOAT YARD

We are a fully stocked boat yard complete with a travel lift. We provide haul outs for storage, surveys, power-washing, bottom-painting, and cosmetic and structural repairs. We also offer soda or sand blasting. We are the perfect location for the do-it-yourselfer and those who want professional work performed. We work on all types of vessels, including personal water craft.
